The answer is to buy the software download from Internet Site for $40, and the Specialist Software Design Internet site is as follows; Center Link International Ltd. I bought this $40 Software from an eBay Seller (Then unknown to me to be Pirated) and this sftware now makes my card work quite well. I have complained to eBay about these MANY Chinese and Hong Kong Sellers who are selling these 'Cloned DVR Capture Cards'.I wait to see just what transpires about this complaint.
