I been searching for days trying to find the right bios that would suffice but came to various dead ends. I tried HP update but since I had upgraded OS to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit and their Bios installer wasn't able to support the OS. I even came on here to try the modded Bios, various sites, and tried other motherboard bios that seem to have the same specs as mines. Tried clearing the cmos via jumper with no success, left it overnight. Removed cmos battery which seemed to do the trick (booted with all peripherals removed bar 1 stick of ram and ps/2 keyboard). Thought I'd stuffed it but luckily just needed some patience and logic. Thanks to the threads here for great guidance.
